1-800-GOT-JUNK? in King of Prussia, PA is looking for an experienced Business Development / Outside Sales Representative to focus on Local Commercial Sales growth. We’re part of the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, with 175 independent and locally owned locations across the US, Canada, and Australia, and we’re known for revolutionizing the industry through the consistent delivery of our world-class customer experience.

Business Development / Outside Sales Representative - B2B (Full-Time)

 

Compensation: $50-$55k annually (inclusive of base pay and bonuses and commensurate with experience) & excellent benefits.

As the Business Development Representative, you will successfully engage with new and dormant accounts through a combination of telephone, virtual and in-person meetings to achieve sales targets. This position is based in King of Prussia and is responsible for local commercial sales and customer acquisition throughout the Philadelphia territory.

About the position:

  • Reporting to the General Manager and COO, you will be focused on growing sales through acquiring new local commercial customers and business.

  • This role works alongside our existing Commercial Account Manager who focuses on existing commercial customer retention and growth. 

  • Meet or exceed sales activity targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, reach outs, meetings, in-person visits, proposals, estimates, and building new local strategic business relationships

  • Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge

  • Partner with our National Accounts and Strategic Alliances team to foster major accounts and increase commercial business sales

  • Effectively use our CRM system to track and report on sales activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales

  • Experience increasing net new sales and a successful track record of meeting aggressive sales targets

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

  • Proficient in G Suite and Salesforce
